These terms govern your use of indrashikha.com and its sub-domains (the "Website") and anything you buy from Indrashikha Educational (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62011UP2018OPC104206), with its registered office at Mishirpur, Surwa, Fatanpur Raniganj, Patti, Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh 230306, India ("Indrashikha", "we", "us"). By using the Website or making a payment you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. What we offer
Indrashikha is a learning and technology company. We offer online learning programs (such as the AI Engineer Program), free learning content, and custom software, mobile app and AI development services for businesses and institutions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You must give accurate details, verify your email, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- An account is for one person. Sharing logins or course content with others is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
3. Prices, payments and taxes
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST, as listed on our Pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store your card details.
- International payments: customers outside India are charged in INR. Your card issuer converts the amount to your currency and may add foreign-transaction or conversion fees, which are your responsibility.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, through the mandate you approve in Razorpay, until you cancel. We will tell you by email at least 7 days before any price change applies to you.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Delivery
All our products are digital and delivered online, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Certificates, interviews and placement assistance
- Certificates are issued by Indrashikha in collaboration with TechWave Global LLC (Washington, USA) when you meet the stated assessment criteria. Each certificate has a unique ID that anyone can verify on the Website.
- For the AI Engineer Program, a learner whose best exit-exam score is 80% or more is guaranteed an interview with Indrashikha. Placement assistance means resume and portfolio support and referrals to companies in our network.
- We do not guarantee a job, a job offer or any salary. Hiring decisions are made by Indrashikha or the hiring company based on interviews.
7. Intellectual property and licence
All course content, videos, audio, code, text, designs and trademarks on the Website belong to Indrashikha or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning while your access is active. You may not copy, resell, publish, record or share it. Code samples in lessons may be used in your own projects.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website: no attempts to break security, scrape or download content in bulk, share accounts, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or use the services for anything unlawful.
9. Third-party services
We use third parties such as Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and Microsoft Azure (email). Lessons may reference external AI providers and tools; their use is subject to their own terms and pricing.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Learning content is provided for education. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but technology changes quickly and we do not warrant that the content is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers before they apply.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through our grievance process (see the Contact page). Subject to that, courts at Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction.
