Shipping & Delivery Policy

Indrashikha Educational (OPC) Private Limited sells digital learning programs and software services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by courier or post.
1. Learning programs and subscriptions
- Delivery method: online access on indrashikha.com (and its sub-domains) through your account.
- Delivery time: access starts immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. You also receive a confirmation email with your payment and subscription details.
- Where: available worldwide, on any device with a modern web browser and internet connection.
- If you have paid but cannot access the course within 24 hours, email contact@indrashikha.com with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund you as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Certificates
Certificates are delivered digitally: as soon as you pass the exit exam, your certificate appears in your dashboard as a downloadable PDF with a public verification link and QR code. Printed certificates are not shipped.
3. Software, app and AI development services
Client work is delivered online (source code repositories, deployed applications, documents and handover sessions) on the timeline agreed in the project proposal or contract.
