About Indrashikha

Indrashikha Educational (OPC) Pvt. Ltd, founded in 2018, designs, builds and runs software, Android apps and AI systems: our own learning platforms used by thousands of students, and engineering for clients. We work remote-first across India, with AI coding tools as everyday colleagues.

What you will do

  • Design and ship LLM features: retrieval, tool use, structured outputs, streaming
  • Build evaluation sets and measure quality and cost
  • Keep AI features safe for students (guardrails, child-safe modes, logging)
  • Prototype quickly with Claude Code, then harden for production

Must have

  • 2+ years software engineering, 1+ year with LLM APIs in production
  • Python or TypeScript, prompt and context design, embeddings/RAG
  • Cost and latency awareness

Nice to have

  • Agent frameworks, MCP
  • Speech (TTS/STT) or Indic-language NLP
  • Published projects or open-source work
